Application of stem cells growth differentiated factors by the treatment of men sexual disorders
Complaints of sexual disorders are made mainly by patients with chronic prostatitis. The pathology is characterized by easing erection and shortening of time of ejaculation approach.
In this connection the revealed ability of prostate selective factor to improve sexual function of the patient is especially important.
From 230 patients with sexual complaints who received treatment with the use of prostate selective factor 102 patients (44.4 %) had complete renewal of sexual function and 96 (41.7 %) - partial renewal.
80,5% of patients had erection improvement,70,2% had increase in duration of the sexual act , 76,6% had improvement of orgasm quality , 63,9% of patients had libido amplification.
Patients with chronic prostatitis often have changes of ejaculate quantity and quality. It is connected both with a delay of spermatogenesis and with its significant disorder. These changes are mainly seen in patients with duration of disease over 5 years .The treatment of chronic prostatitis by prostate growth differentiated factor improves significantly ejaculate characteristics.
52 patients with chronic prostatitis and excretory- toxic form of infertility received therapy. 33 patients had absence of children as the main complaint.
Treatment with the use of prostate growth factor was carried out according to the usual scheme (10 mg per day for 5 days). The medicine was injected intramuscularly or into the rectum as candles. Research of ejaculate was carried out in 7-10 days after finishing the treatment.
As a result of the treatment there was an increase in ejaculate capacity , renewal of normal amount of spermatozoons both in case of oligo-, and polyzoospermatism.
Decrease in cells agglutination activity and quantity of spermatozoons degenerative forms were simultaneously marked.
Besides prostate growth factor, application of testis growth factor is very effective.
