Application of stem cells in case of oncological diseases
The application of stem cells and a complex of growth differentiated factors for oncological patients is practiced for preparing patients to operation or chemotherapy as well as for normalization of the immune system and general revitalization after operations or for the treatment of antitumor chemomedicines.
In this case we use stem cells and growth differentiated factors which stimulate growth differentiation of hemopoietic cells-precursors for normalization of immune functions. This normalization includes stimulation of antigen-presented cells, activation of cellular immunity, increase in production of antibodies and other protein products of immunocompetent cells, etc. Effectiveness of this approach is tested on many oncological patients after successful immunocorrection.
