Tuesday, December 19 – A Championship League’s match within the volley-ball group tournament among women took place in Moscow. Two teams: “Dynamo” (Moscow, Russia) and “Racing Cannes” (France) took part in the competition. The Russian team won (3:1).

Before the match started, the Medical Centre of Science and Research, Treatment and Rehabilitation “Institute of Biological Medicine” officially congratulated the members of the Russian team who had won the World Championship in Japan not long ago. IBMed presented cosmetic sets based on the unique technology stimulating stem cells’ growth and differentiation factors to our sportswomen.

The Federal Agency of Supervision over Health Protection and Social Development has issued license № 01-5149/05 dated 03.06.2005 for the Application of Stem Cells to the Medical Centre of Science, Research, Development, Rehabilitation and treatment “The Institute of Biological Medicine ( IBMED)”. This is a first in licensing of this new technology. Chief doctor of the Institute Bloshansky Y.M. believes that examination and application of stem cells gives rise to many ignorant and speculative disputes. The License of the Ministry of Health allows the extension and use of the method developed by IBMED in other medical institutions.

In compliance with the judgment of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences № 179 dated 31 March 2005 the Medical Centre of Science, research, Development, Rehabilitation and Treatment “The Institute of Biological Medicine” is an Academic Organization and has status of Collective Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.

Russian Academy of Natural Sciences elected Chief doctor – Director of the Institute of Biological Medicine, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Bloshansky Y.M. as an active member of Academy (department “Problems of introduction of modern technologies”).

Chief Doctor-Director of the Institute of Biological Medicine – Doctor of Medical Sciences, professor Bloshansky Y.M. is awarded with diploma of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences.

Chief Doctor – Director of the Institute of Biological Medicine – Doctor of Medical Sciences, professor Bloshansky Y.M. is awarded with E. Dashkova medal.

Institute of Biological Medicine is awarded with medal of the Committee of expertise of the effectiveness of health products and technologies of the Russian Academy of Sciences for development and introduction of medicines and methods of revitalization on the basis of peptide bioregulators “IBMED”.

General Director of The Institute of Biological Medicine is awarded for “Development and introduction of stem cells growth differentiated factors (bioregulators)”.

The Institute of Biological Medicine is awarded with: P.Erlich medal for development and introduction of cosmetic line “IBMED”; E.Dashkova medal (prominent Russian public figure) for development and introduction of medicines and creams “IBMED” based on peptide bioregulators; medal of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences for development and introduction of medicines and methods of revitalization based on peptide bioregulators “IBMED”.

Institute of Biological Medicine is awarded with medal of the International Foundation for the Assistance to Chernobyl victims – for contribution to development and treatment of those affected by radiation on Chernobyl Atomic Station ( see section Awards)

Scientific Director of The Institute of Biological Medicine, Professor Itkes A.V. took part in the International Conference “Bioprocessing of cells and tissues. Cellular therapy and tissue engineering”. Houston. USA.

The Institute of Biological Medicine started restoration of cellular genome using the author’s medicine IBMed- Panagen.

In October-November The Institute of Biological Medicine will start special examination of the patient for determination of human biological age.

Director of The Institute of Biological Medicine Bloshansky Y.M. and Scientific Director Itkes A.V. took part in the Russian Congress on Gynecological Endocrinology and Menopause.

The Medical Centre of Science, Research, Development, Treatment and Rehabilitation Institute of Biological Medicine became an active member of The International Society of Cellular Therapy ( ISCT)

Presentation in Louzhniki of cosmetic line based on peptides established by The Institute of Biological Medicine in cooperation with The Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology of the North-Western Branch of The Russian Academy of Medical Sciences

Scientific Director of The Institute of Biological Medicine Itkes A.V. took part in the 12-th International Conference “ AIDS, cancer and related problems” (St.Petersburg, 24-28.05.2004).

The Institute of Biological Medicine started experiments on preparing genetic passport which includes characteristics of 48 genes necessary for oncological, cardio-vascular and other types of diseases.
